ERIK D. OLSON first joined Ekimoto & Morris in 2015, although he returned to the firm in 2023.

Erik studied law at Cornell Law School and the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin, where he received a joint J.D./Masters of German and European Law and Legal Practice (M.LL.P.) in 2005. He has practiced law in a variety of positions including as a deputy prosecuting attorney for the County of Maui, a deputy public defender in Indiana, insurance defense in Indiana, and trusts and estates litigation in Honolulu. Erik draws upon these experiences to advise condominium associations and planned communities.

Erik is licensed to practice in Hawaii, Washington, Indiana, and the United States District Courts for the District of Hawaii and the Northern and Southern Districts of
Indiana.
