Brian C. Wilson

BRIAN C. WILSON joined Ekimoto and Morris in 2026. He is a member of the firm’s General Matters practice, primarily assisting clients with contract analysis and general community association law. His practice focuses on providing timely and reliable legal advice to association boards and project managers. Brian brings with him 8 years of experience in the United States Army JAG Corps, during which time he practiced in Contract & Fiscal Law, Military Justice, Administrative Investigations, National Security Law, and Litigation. Brian has experience advising Army commanders, ranging from Company Commanders to Four-Star Generals. Brian is a two-time recipient of the Army Achievement Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and Overseas Service Ribbon. Brian has also received the Armed Forces Service Medal and the Meritorious Service Medal.  Brian’s honors during his military service extend beyond his excellence in the legal field. In 2023, Brian was the honor graduate in his Collateral Damage Estimate Course, a course primarily for Infantry and Artillery Officers.  

Brian is an avid sports fan, with a particular passion for college sports. He supports the Hawaii Warriors, the Virginia Cavaliers and the Oklahoma Sooners. In high school, Brian found a love for European soccer and continues to support Manchester City and A.S. Roma. Brian enjoys traveling to Seattle for his professional sports fix and has attended Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Kraken, and Seattle Sounders games.

Brian graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2017. He was a member of the Oil, Gas, and Natural Resources law review and the Treasurer of the Sports Law Society. Brian’s undergraduate degree is in Political Science from the University of Virginia.

Brian is licensed to practice law in Hawaii, the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii, and Oklahoma.
