KEVIN T. H. LAM is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa and Santa Clara University School of Law. He has gained experience in various industries since returning to Hawaii in 2003, including over ten years in industrial and environmental contracting on government projects. Mr. Lam also holds a real estate license and has more than twenty years of experience as a landlord and real estate professional in Hawaii. He has also served in fiduciary capacities as a trust officer for the local trust companies and as a trustee in bankruptcy matters.
Mr. Lam is a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustee and Hawaii State Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in all of the courts of the State of Hawaii and the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii. His practice focuses on advising community association on general matters such as policy enforcement, project contracts, and assisting with solutions to resolve issues in a cost effect manner.
