COVID-19 Status

Ekimoto & Morris is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (weekends and holidays excluded). Although most of our attorneys and staff are working at the office, access to the office by clients and visitors is limited. Please be sure to make an appointment before coming to our office. We strongly urge clients, managers, owners, and others to communicate and do business with our office by mail, email or phone. We can also arrange a video conference call if appropriate.

If you must come to our office, please contact the person you wish to visit or our main phone line or email address before coming to the office. Please understand that even when someone is in our office, our doors are locked and you must ring the doorbell to gain access.

If you are sick, have a fever, have tested positive for COVID-19, suspect that you may have been exposed to COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone with COVID-19 or suspected of having COVID-19, please do not come to our office.

Anyone coming to our office must practice social distancing while waiting in the elevator lobby and while inside our office and must wear a face coverings in compliance with CDC guidelines. If you qualify for an exemption for wearing a face covering, you will be required to wear a face shield, maintain 6 feet of distance from our attorneys and staff and may be required to stay outside the office while passing items under the door.
